The Challenge
The store needed a fast Arabic-first shopping experience for Saudi buyers — cash on delivery, real product prices, city-wide delivery, and a checkout flow that converts on mobile without a complex cart.

I built a Next.js storefront with RTL Arabic UI, English language switch, synced product catalog, inline COD order form, city selection, and phone confirmation messaging so buyers can order in seconds.
